Structure Checker : Bond Length

  • Checker searches for bond lengths different than the default setting.
  • Fixer offers cleaning the structure by:
    1. 2D clean or (clean);
    2. partial clean (partialclean).

The current version of bond length checker examines chain bonds of 2D molecules. Partial clean is not available.

Bond length checker does not check the length of coordinate bonds and position variation bonds.
